Cancellation Policy
- If you would like to reconsider your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery, and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment.
- The refund will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and will be credited to your payment source within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Return Policy
- Returns due to company fault, such as damaged products or poor product quality, will be considered.
- RS Organic Malt will investigate such issues and take appropriate action.
- Item return requests can be initiated within 8 days of successful delivery of the order.
- To request a return, please write to us at rsorganicmalt@gmail.com. It is mandatory to provide product images in case of damages in the email.
- Item return requests are subject to approval by the company after due verification.
- All returned items must be in new and unopened condition, with all original receipts and packaging.
